Teacher’s Day was celebrated at Global International School and Junior College, Nashik with pomp and grandeur. The program was organized by grade 10th students at school’s beautifully decorated auditorium. The responsibility of teaching was taken up by the students as an appreciation for their teachers. Students went to class to deliver lectures on the ongoing term exam subjects and syllabus. Students performed a scintillating cultural show to manifest their love, respect, acknowledgement and recognition of the hard work put in by the teachers towards their development. The cultural show incorporated poems, songs, dance and drama. They also entertained teachers by arranging fun games for them. Teachers were felicitated with surprised gifts and trophies. All the teachers applauded overwhelming zeal and enthusiasm of the students for making such a glorious event to cherish forever.

Global International School & Jr. College, Nashik celebrated Ashadhi Ekadashi with full zest and fervour on 28th June. The program commenced with Palkhi pooja and arati by the hands of honorable Chairman Mr. Ken Kendre, Principal Mr. Rahul More and all the coordinators. Students also shared valuable information on Ashadhi Ekadashi.

Students performed bhajan 'Abhir Gulal' along with the music teacher Mr. Bhushan Kothmire, followed by the solo song 'Majhe Maher Pandhari' sang by the event Coordinator Mr. Darshan Wankhede, followed by a mesmerizing dance performances put up by the students of class 6 to 9. Students performed a dance to the song 'Deva Kalji Re'. Tiny tots were dressed as Warkaris with beautiful costumes.

This was followed by traditional Dindi procession led by a Palkhi carrying the photo of lord Viththal. During the procession students witnessed tradition Pawali, Ringan where a horse was running within a huge circle around the Palkhi. The Chairman Mr. Ken Kendre shared his view on the importance of Ashadhi Ekadashi and the relevance of ‘Pandharpur Yatra’ for the devotees.

The students from Pre primary were beautifully dressed as Viththal Rukhmani. The celebration encouraged students to participate in rich cultural traditions of our country and know more about their heritage. Celebration ended with Prasad distribution among students and faculties.

A special assembly was organized to commemorate the occasion. The celebration began with a brief introduction on Yoga Day by renown Yoga mentor Mrs. Bhakti Hemant Kothawale. The chairman Sir Mr. Ken Kendre Sir shared his views with all students.

Entrepreneurship Education Tour - A group of Global students from 8th, 9th, and 10th grades embarked on an exciting educational tour to Kaivalya Agro Exports Ltd in Pimpalgaon Basvant near Nashik. This visit was organized to provide students with hands-on experience and knowledge about entrepreneurship and the export business.

During the tour, the students were given a comprehensive understanding of the entire export process, right from the sorting and grading of grapes, to their packing and cold storage, and finally, the shipment process. The students were able to witness the state-of-the-art technology used for grading and packing grapes, as well as the critical cold storage facilities that are required to maintain the quality of the produce.

The highlight of the trip was the interaction that the students had with the chairman, Ken Sir, who accompanied the group on the visit. Ken Sir provided invaluable insights into the world of entrepreneurship, sharing his personal experiences, and encouraging the students to explore the possibility of pursuing a career in this field.

The knowledge that they acquired during the visit will undoubtedly prove useful in their academic and professional pursuits.

Overall, the Entrepreneurship Education Tour to Kaivalya Agro Exports Ltd was a resounding success, and the students and teachers alike are looking forward to more such informative and exciting educational tours.

Today marks a very special day for our Global International School as we celebrate our 6th anniversary! It's hard to believe that six years have already passed since we opened our doors to the community, and it's been an incredible journey since then. The celebrations started with Chairman Ken Kendre Sir giving a motivating speech to the students and the teachers appreciating their contribution and dedication towards Global. The toddlers enjoyed the chocolates distributed and classes 4th to class 10th had a trek, accompanied by Sir Ken and teachers. It was a remarkable trek. Later to know more about the school the young ones had a school visit to the school library and school building. Students witnessed the journey of Global through a PPT. It was a graceful day.

Global International school branch 2 Sr.KG students celebrated Graduation day Students of Nursery and Jr.KG. gave a grand farewell to Sr.KG students through Dance performance. Sr.KG students expressed their experience through a speech. At the end all the students enjoyed dancing on rocking Bollywood numbers. It was a memorable day of the academic year 2023 - 24.
